This site is informational and invites interest in an early (“beta”) product. Submitting an application does not guarantee access. We may accept, defer, or decline applications at our discretion.

The beta, when offered, may be experimental, unstable, or change or end at any time without liability.

You agree to provide accurate contact details and not to impersonate others or misuse the application form.

Serpentime name, branding, visuals, text, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, or reverse engineer except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

The site and any beta are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or beta.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim (if any) or (b) one hundred Brazilian reais (R$100), unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Brazil, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
